An up to date, comprehensive library of ocean and river cruise line brochures on your page, instantly available to search, read, download and send to customers. 

​No more searching through physical brochures or checking cruise line websites for the latest copies. 

Search by name of cruise line, year, destination or cruise type to show the most appropriate brochures and point customers to the most relevant cruise for them.

"There are two elements to using the Brochure Rack, firstly it allows people who have interacted with me to have instant access to all the brochures on cruise, but also it allows me to engage customers much more fully through their first interaction. For me, it's quicker and easier to browse the brochures in one place than to use each cruise line's website. I also find that a lot of customers looking at river cruises don't know the cruise lines, so it's much easier to just type in 'river' and browse the brochures.


The Cruise Search is essentially there to allow my customers to get a baseline idea of holidays that they're considering, including an approximate price range. It allows me to engage more with people looking at my Facebook page, as customers are looking at what I can offer them. Usually people see an advert or highlights of cruises with snippets of information, and their only option is to call an agent about that specific offer. Now for the first time, people can do real searches to find what they want and enquire to me directly about it straight from my Facebook page, with no need to look elsewhere.


I'm planning to use this when I go out to see customers on my laptop, and it's great for checking availability and pricing over the phone. I am a creature of habit but this is definitely quicker, and I need to move away from checking brochures or the cruise line websites - I can do that now from my own Facebook page."

Instructions

The Cruise Search and Brochure Rack are Widgets that can be embedded anywhere that accepts HTML code; you just have to copy and paste it into the right box. 

If you have more than 2,000 likes on Facebook, you can put the Widgets into custom tabs in the main side navigation of your page. To do this, you can follow our guide here.

If you have under 2,000 likes, we can provide you with a URL that goes directly to the Widget on an otherwise blank page. With this, we recommend that you paste this link straight into a Facebook post (you can shorten the link if you want). In the post, you can say something about it and add an image. Once it's posted, you can pin it to the top of your page so that anyone visiting will see it straight away.
